Job Description
Responsible for rendering assistance in making sure the CRM is up to date and handling day-to-day administrative tasks.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Track all brand and retailer updates to the CRM.
- Send reach outs for new clients to its target retailers.
- Complete Push Lists for all brands under the assigned Sales Manager’s accounts.
- Send samples requests as advised.
- Attend weekly meetings such as touch base calls, brand and retailer updates.
- Attend monthly town hall meetings.
- Prepare minutes of the meeting for the Brand and Weekly Updates meeting.
- Conduct contact finding as needed.
- Prepare meeting planners for assigned Sales Manager’s upcoming meetings.
- Provide assistance in filling out the New Promo Submission (Google Doc) for new promo requests.
- Prepare and fill‑out New Item Forms for brand introductions.
