Job Description

Responsible for rendering assistance in making sure the CRM is up to date and handling day-to-day administrative tasks.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Track all brand and retailer updates to the CRM.
  • Send reach outs for new clients to its target retailers.
  • Complete Push Lists for all brands under the assigned Sales Manager’s accounts.
  • Send samples requests as advised.
  • Attend weekly meetings such as touch base calls, brand and retailer updates.
  • Attend monthly town hall meetings.
  • Prepare minutes of the meeting for the Brand and Weekly Updates meeting.
  • Conduct contact finding as needed.
  • Prepare meeting planners for assigned Sales Manager’s upcoming meetings.
  • Provide assistance in filling out the New Promo Submission (Google Doc) for new promo requests.
  • Prepare and fill‑out New Item Forms for brand introductions.
