We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for Sales to ensure accurate facility records that support sales operations and client readiness. The role involves verifying data, creating new profiles when necessary, and maintaining compliance with established processes.

Responsibilities

  • Review and update facility records across multiple directories and sources.
  • Create new facility profiles to address gaps in the system.
