The Sales Admin Associate will provide administrative support to the PH Sales Department, with a specialized focus on managing PhilGEPS-related accounts and documentation. This role ensures compliance with government procurement protocols, maintains accurate records, and facilitates smooth coordination between internal teams and government clients.
PhilGEPS Account Administration
- Manage and maintain the company’s PhilGEPS registration and profile.
- Monitor bid opportunities and ensure timely submission of requirements.
- Prepare and organize bid documents, including eligibility, technical, and financial requirements.
- Coordinate with government agencies regarding bid clarifications, submissions, and updates.
- Track and archive PhilGEPS-related transactions and communications.
Compliance and Documentation
