Handles customer orders, maintains order records in ERP systems, and ensures all documentation is accurate from order entry through shipment.
Acts as a bridge and collaborates with sales, logistics, and customers to resolve issues, monitor deliveries, and ensure timely, accurate fulfillment for high customer satisfaction.
Assists in daily logistics, inventory, and procurement activities by monitoring orders, coordinating and cooperating with suppliers and other teams, and keeping stock records up to date.
Main responsibilities include processing purchase orders, organizing shipments, addressing delivery concerns, and updating inventory systems to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Holder
- At least 2–3 years of experience in Sales Coordinator, Supply Chain Specialist, or Order Administration roles.

Schedule: Monday to Friday
