Job Description

Responsibilities:
Assist sales team to handle customer inquiries, quotations, order follow-up and document sorting.
Arrange customer visits, maintain customer files and daily office administration work.
Coordinate with production department to track order progress, reply customer feedback timely.
Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
Secondary school / above education, 1+ year admin / sales assistant experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
A proactive and resourceful attitude.
