- Prepare project documents & sales documents
- Attend site surveys (if required) & meetings
- Perform interdisciplinary communications and coordination
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customer
- Successfully create and maintain business from new and existing customer accounts
- Manage complex negotiations
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Proficient in MS Office software
- Experienced in Elevators or Escalators will be an advantage
- Being able to read engineering detailing drawings will be an advantage
- Knowledge of designing software for the interior fixtures will be an advantage
- Able to work with other teams to ensure the smooth execution of the project
- Able to work independently with the responsibility to meet a deadline
- Meticulous with attention to details
