The Role
This position is part of the Revenue Operations team and reports to the Head of Revenue Operations. It supports the company's daily operations by processing orders, maintaining customer records, and providing post-sale customer service assistance.
We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive individual who excels at problem-solving and meeting deadlines.
Core responsibilities
- Assist with CRM (Salesforce) data entry and maintenance
- Assist Sales and Client support with client entitlement issues
- Allocating and Granting various platform access to internal team
- Create various reports as requested in CRM (Salesforce)
- Facilitate contract signature process and contract storage
- Auditing Salesforce Opportunities
- Other duties as assigned
