Job Description

  • Contacting and following up on leads generated by our Marketing team. 
  • Identifying customer needs and offering the most suitable products while keeping the CRM (Salesforce) up to date. 

  • Guiding clients throughout the process until program booking and transferring them to the Customer Service team. 


Qualifications

  • Pursuing completion of a BS/MS degree in business administration, management or a related field. 
  • Native-level English, additional EU languages are a plus. 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Based in Barcelona or surrounding areas.
