    Job Description

  • Work collaboratively as a team to ensure all KPI's and targets are met.
  • Communicate with our existing and cancelled customers in an omni-channel contact center environment which includes inbound and outbound calls, emails and webchat.
  • Ensure campaign and productivity targets are met by taking ownership of your own performance.
  • Practice and promote ethical selling.
  • Use objection handling and negotiation skills to promote additional products to help the customer.
