Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee customer accounts to guarantee satisfaction
• Reach out to new clients and create loyalty campaigns
• Record account adjustments and manage service packages
Requirements:
• Minimum one year in cold calling B2B sales
• Payment industry experience is a plus
• At least one year of outbound sales experience
• Excellent English communication is essential
• Additional language skills are advantageous
