Job Description
The Sales & Business Development Manager – Construction Projects is responsible for generating new project opportunities, securing construction contracts, and driving revenue growth within the construction, engineering, design-build, and fit-out sectors.
This role is a revenue-generating position focused on building a strong project pipeline, closing multimillion-peso contracts, and strengthening long-term client partnerships. The ideal candidate is a technically grounded professional (Engineer or Architect preferred) with strong commercial acumen and proven sales capability in the construction industry.
