Job Description

The Sales and Marketing Assistant / Coordinator provides comprehensive support to the Sales and Marketing Department by coordinating daily operations, assisting in sales order processing, and supporting marketing activities.

  • Receive, verify, and process Purchase Orders (POs) from the Sales Team or clients.
  • Coordinate with the Logistics, Accounting, and Inventory departments to ensure accurate booking, delivery, and invoicing of orders.
  • Maintain and update sales tracking reports, customer databases, and order logs.
  • Monitor inventory levels of finished goods and marketing materials to ensure product availability.
  • Provide regular updates to the Sales Team on order status, backorders, and delivery schedules.
  • Assist in the planning, preparation, and execution of marketing activities, events, and campaigns (e.g., medical conventions, product launches, booth exhibits, round table discussions).
