We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Sales and Retention Consultant.  
In this role you will: Engage new and existing customers via non face-to-face channels on their loan and credit card needs 
Identify and recommend the best loan and cards arrangement base on customer needs 
Supported by digital journeys, to assist customer to complete the application and onboarding process 
Deliver consistent and best-in-class customer service 
Meet HSBC compliance and control standards
