Responsibilities
- Carefully listen to customer needs and requirements.
- Demonstrate products to customers in order to showcase product details and its use.
- Build product knowledge and deliver this knowledge in unique ways.
- Engage with customers and build good and long‑term relationships with them.
- Guide customers to purchase the right product after carefully understanding their wants.
- Help customers with refunds and exchanges as and when required.
- Meet daily sales targets.
