Job Description
Position: Sales Assistant (m/f/x), 30 hours per week, fixed term contract, store in Barcelona (Carrer del Duc).
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and adapt brand stories to the retail setting
- Ensure optimum sales levels are met
- Ensure that all operational store policies and procedures are followed
- Take pride in store appearance and embrace the Carhartt store look
- Develop product knowledge and understanding of the business
- Establish consumer loyalty and satisfaction
- Have fun selling our product while engaging with valued customers
Profile
- Customer service and/or retail experience preferred
- Dedicated, team‑oriented and flexible
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Confidence, drive and enthusiasm
- Fluent in Spanish; English is advantageous
