Job Description

•Greet customers, assist and serve them in order to ensure their needs are answered in compliance with quality and customer service standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by performing up-selling, cross-selling, suggesting alternatives and following up on customers' requests.

• Have full product knowledge and benefits in order to increase sales and customer satisfaction.

• Arrange and replenish on a continuous basis
• Promoting special sales, offers and awareness of all store activities.
• Assist in stock work: alarming, labeling and organizing shelves.

• Assist customers in the fitting rooms for any request needed.

• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and objectives, including sales targets, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

• Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to share information, provide updates on customer interactions, and address any issues or concerns.
