Role: Sales Associate – Consumer Lending Team
Our Consumer Lending Team is looking for professionals to join us in the Davao office in the role of Sales Associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Pre-screening proper and fast pre-screening application turn ins from sales team.
- Telemarketing: timely and efficient sending of Notice of Approval and proper handling of loan signing of clients.
- Pre-Booking: timely and efficient issuance of bank guaranty, efficient preparation of accounts for annotation, and endorsement for booking.
- Loan Documentation: timely and efficient preparation of loan and mortgage documents based on approved Credit Approval Memo (CAM) prior actual booking of accounts.
