Responsibilities
- Greeting & Front-Desk Engagement
- Welcome everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge about Orangetheory Fitness.
- Maintain the front desk area, answer phones, and interact with members and guests.
- Membership Presentations & Tours
- Present the Orangetheory Fitness concept to interested people; often called intros.
- Give studio tours and highlight key features of the workout and facilities.
- Sales & Follow-Up
- Sell studio memberships and package offers to prospective clients.
