Job Summary

Responsible for generating revenue by conducting sales transactions with guests in a variety of indoor and outdoor Merchandise locations throughout Universal Beijing Resort property which may include stores, games, and vending. Individuals are also responsible for upholding Universal Beijing Resort’s guest/customer service standards, interacting positively with guests in a friendly and courteous manner, upselling the featured item as noted for each location and maintaining their respective service area including the replenishment of supplies.

Major Responsibilities
