The role focuses on providing outstanding customer service, managing vehicle sales inquiries, and supporting the sales process through accurate documentation and proactive communication. Utilize systems and procedures to deliver exceptional customer service on all interactions. Understand customer needs and consistently meet or exceed expectations. Maintain solid product knowledge on manufacturer vehicles and finance, rebate, incentive programs. Project a positive attitude toward customers and colleagues. Ensure that all work performed is thorough, accurate, and completed in a timely fashion. Work effectively without supervision.
