Inherent requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years successful sales experience specifically within the recruitment industry
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving recruitment sales targets
  • Established network of HR and hiring manager contacts in the South African market
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, pricing models, and industry benchmarks
  • Experience in selling various recruitment solutions (permanent, contract, executive search)
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills specific to recruitment services
  • Proficiency in recruitment-specific CRM systems, LinkedIn and other social media platforms
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites
