Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Support the Sales Team in preparing tender documents to meet requirements and enhance tender success.

  • Assist with new sales order creation, including quotations and opening Sales Orders; follow up on expiring contracts and process termination requests as needed.

  • Provide administrative support for sales commission-related tasks.

  • Generate sales reports from SAP and CRM systems to provide visibility on sales revenue.

  • Manage and coordinate the Sales Team’s calendars to prevent scheduling conflicts.

  • Oversee pre-event and post-event logistics, including arranging F&B, to ensure successful client visits and internal meetings.

  • Coordinate business travel arrangements, such as overseas seminars, when required.

  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
