This position supports the Sales Director in facilitating event bookings and sales activities. You will manage relationships with clients through calls, emails, and meetings to meet their needs. Your role includes achieving designated profit guidelines and ensuring customer satisfaction from initial contact through billing and post-event follow-ups.
