Job Description

The ideal candidate will be the point of contact for colleagues and customers. This candidate will keep schedules, provide feedback, documentation and information in order to facilitate team activity. They will also work closely with sales teams to maximize performance. Responsibilities 1. Lead Management & Allocation (Meta Ads & Google Ads) • Receive leads automatically through CRM from Meta Ads and Google Ads • Contact all new leads within defined SLA • Qualify leads based on requirement, budget, location, and timeline • Categorize leads as Hot, Warm, or Cold • Assign qualified leads to respective Area Sales Managers • Track follow-ups and collect feedback from ASMs • Update lead status in CRM and prepare weekly reports 2. D2C Website Stock & Order Management • Receive finished goods stock report from factory • Verify SKU-wise stock availability • Update live stock on D2C website admin panel • Monitor online orders on a daily basis • Update order status and coordinate dispatch with f...
