Key Responsibilities
Sales Coordination & Business Support
Manage Air Export inquiries and RFQs in coordination with the Sales team.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and rate comparisons for customers.
Coordinate with airlines, overseas agents, and pricing teams to secure competitive rates.
Support the conversion of leads into confirmed export shipments.
Maintain and update CRM records and the sales pipeline.
