Job Description

Managing the customer PO

  • Routine customer communication for PO issuance
  • Reconcile the customer open PO with Singapore CS & Thailand CS
  • Setup the shipment schedule based on customer request
  • Monitor & follow up the updated delivery plan based on customer request
  • Creating weekly Open PO vs Delivery schedule for each customer

Managing the AR and collection

  • Weekly reconcile the customer payment with Singapore’s finance
  • Active communication with customer for the collection of each invoice

Supporting the Sales & Technical Team

  • Working closely with the Commercial & Technical team for customer update/report
  • Get the customer stock information for Commercial actions
  • General assistant for daily operation
