Job Descriptions Sales Enquiry
  • Daily receive and forward to Sales HOD for him to assign to sales personnel.
  • Update enquiry log sheet.
  • Allocate quotation number to sales personnel & update in Sales Quotation Sheet.
  • Prepare monthly summary of Sales Enquiry Report for Sales HOD and MD.
Sales Order
  • Prepare Sales Contract.
  • Obtain project sales info from Sales personnel to prepare Project Number Requisition Form.
  • Obtain project number and compile Project Sales file.
  • Ensure costing sheet for each project is done and enter into PJC Accpac software.
Collection (AR)
  • Call & follow up on status of Outstanding & Retention Payment.
  • Raise NCR form for credit note issuance purpose.
Administration – To type, photocopy and file the following
  • Sales Contracts
  • Transmittal of Documents Form
  • Invoices
