- Report any comments, suggestions, or complaints from fixed customers or Yakult Ladies (YLs) to the immediate superior.
- Maintain and strengthen goodwill with Yakult Ladies and fixed customers.
- Regularly review and monitor the YL Consumers List, Monthly Sales and Income Reports, and Propagation Reports.
- Monitor and report any competitive activities within the assigned area.
- Ensure accountability of all Yakult Ladies and center-related accounts.
- Take over the duties of the Center Secretary in their absence.
- Recruit candidates for vacant areas and support expansion initiatives.
- Monitor Yakult Ladies during delivery and propagation activities to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Motivate and provide guidance to Yakult Ladies, particularly during afternoon sessions.
