The Role
Mas Maya is a fast-growing international start-up seeking a part-time, proactive and customer-focused Sales & Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Conil de la Frontera.
This role supports both the Sales and Client Support functions, ensuring an excellent customer experience from first enquiry through order completion and after-sales support. You will assist with customer communications, sales administration, order coordination, lead follow-up, and relationship management for both individual customers (B2C) and business clients (B2B).
The ideal candidate is highly organized, service-oriented, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
You will report to the Sales Manager and work closely with the Sales team.
This role starts as a part-time, project-based position and there is the possibility of extending the contract or transitioning into a longer-term role.
