What you will do

1. Customer Portfolio management

  • Planning and achieving sales targets for assigned customers.
  • Regular Customer visits and follow ups ensuring optimum active selling time
  • Acknowledging, Lodging and monitoring timely closure of customer complaints.
  • Periodic Sales review and devising action for deviations.
  • Gathering and reporting all market / competitor information.
  • Coordinating internally and externally to ensure continuous availability of materials at customers end.
  • Introduction of new products and providing application training to end users.
  • 2. New Business Development

  • Visiting potentials and promote existing or new products and applications.
  • Visiting existing customers and promote new products.
  • Involve in all possible activities to train and educate end users about products and application.
