Job Description
**SUMMARY**:
The Sales Development Manager will have full responsibility for their team members which will include up to 15 direct reports.
This management function includes responsibilities for performance evaluation.
They will engage with divisional and branch leadership as part of the team's assigned geography to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives, goal setting, and coaching the SDRs to achievement of their sales plans.
**JOB DUTIES**
- Manages team members and help drive achievement of planned sales goals.
- Delivers all training content for new team members including conducting sales role-play sessions to ensure proper delivery of the sales scripts and handling common objections.
- Coaches and works with team members to helping convert sales quotes to order opportunities and ensure positive movement in the sales cycle
