Job Description

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a foundational role in our Nursing Education division, focused on driving new business opportunities for our instructional and assessment programs.

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter with exceptional communication skills and a passion for education and measurable student success.


Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation and Outreach

+ Targeted Outbound Prospecting: Conduct strategic research to identify and target high-potential campuses

+ Multi-Channel Communication: Execute personalized, high-volume outreach campaigns using phone calls, email, and LinkedIn to schedule introductory meetings for the Account Executive team.
