Job Description
This position will be responsible for identifying, initiating, and nurturing new business opportunities for our HR consulting, payroll processing, and recruiting services. The ideal candidate thrives in outbound prospecting, builds their own pipeline, and is motivated by results, activity, and revenue impact.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and target potential clients across LATAM who may benefit from HR, payroll, and recruiting services.
- Conduct systematic outbound outreach through calls, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, and networking.
- Research industries, companies, and key decision-makers to build high-quality lead lists.
- Maintain a consistent volume of outbound activities to generate net-new conversations.
