Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Clarivate, you’ll be on the front lines of growth for our Academia & Government segment—owning how we connect with small to mid‑sized customers across both existing and new accounts. You won’t just support sales; you’ll create momentum, uncover opportunity, and directly influence revenue outcomes.

In this role, you’ll take the lead on outbound and inbound engagement—researching prospects, reaching out across phone, email, social, and digital channels, and shaping first impressions of Clarivate every single day. Through thoughtful, consultative conversations, you’ll surface customer needs, build interest in our solutions, and confidently guide prospects to the next step—whether that’s a discovery conversation or a demo with Sales.
