Job Description

Job Purpose:


To connect with prospective clients, qualify them for a Strategy Session, and schedule consultations with the Advisor team. This role involves active listening, gathering information, and scheduling Strategy Sessions without cold calling.




Key Responsibilities:


Client Interaction:

  • Contact highly qualified prospective clients and gather necessary information for consultations.
  • Schedule prospects for Strategy Sessions with the Advisor team (bonus paid based on the number of bookings).
  • Actively listen to prospects, qualify them, and engage in professional conversations.
  • Answer returned calls and promptly respond to all voicemail messages within 24 hours.


Data Management:

  • Log all call details into Salesforce.
  • Provide detailed notes from the qualifying call for Advisors to facilitate consultations.
