Job Description
We are seeking a commercially-driven Sales Development Representative based in Pakistan to act as the primary bridge between prospective clients and our client's Account Executive (AE) team. In this role, you will champion our brand, educate the market on our pre-employment solutions, and fuel our growth by securing high-quality meetings.
Core Responsibilities
Your daily focus will be a blend of high-energy outreach and strategic planning:
- Proactive Outreach: Execute a high volume of daily touchpoints (approx. 50 calls and 50 digital interactions via LinkedIn/Email) to build rapport and generate interest.
- Lead Conversion: Successfully schedule at least 25 qualified appointments per month for the AE team.
