About the Role

Sales Development Representative. The role is focused on prospecting leads and driving new sales opportunities by identifying potential customers, determining likelihood of conversion, and feeding qualified accounts into the Solutions Account Managers pipeline.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect for new business through high‑volume daily activity across multiple channels (phone, email, LinkedIn).
  • Follow up with prospects identified in the outreach process.
  • Own the lead‑generation process by researching assigned targets and reaching out with tested value propositions to qualify prospective customers.
  • Coordinate with Marketing to track, assess, and qualify omnichannel leads.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Account Executives to ensure all information gathered during the pre‑sales process is accurate and fully documented.
