Job Description


  • University degree (preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields)

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B sales organizations, preferably in the software/technology sector

  • Experience managing both Hunter and Farmer teams

  • Proven success in large‑scale and complex sales cycles

  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data‑driven decisions

  • Proficiency in CRM and sales reporting tools

  • Fluent English (both written and spoken)
