Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree holder
- At least 2 years of experience as Sales Director
- With experience working in a Electronics Company
- With experience in coordinating with Retail Distributor Companies
- Flexible and is okay to change days off
Responsibilities:
- Create and put into action long-term sales strategy to boost profitability, revenue, and market share. Report to the CEO or executive leadership and align the sales vision with the company's overarching business objectives.
- Create, manage, and guide a successful sales team.
- Establish and monitor the budget for the sales department, set goals and quotas for sales, and manage sales operations and resources.
