Job Description

Train regional sales team’s on CRM best practices & management, maintain the sales systems SOP’s, and provide country-level visibility on sales process and pipeline health.

You will be responsible

  • Supporting Enablement lead in CRM oversight, management, and training
  • Ensure accuracy across pipeline stages by having a deep understanding of deal stages and deal context for all Asian markets
  • Maintain reporting dashboards and key deal information to support regular pipeline reviews and leadership meetings
  • Actively track pipeline trends (by country, industry, product) and report on PMF signals or challenges
  • Data management and analysis - ensuring ‘North Star’ metrics are properly tracked
  • Collaborate with internal teams and other subject matter experts to ensure data within Sales Toolkit is up to date (sales process SOP’s, CRM documentation)
