- Willing to work on‑site in Sampaloc, Manila
- Willing to be on a shifting schedule
- Willing to undergo training

- Encode orders accurately.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Monitor active pages.
- Understand and meet all customer needs fully and timely.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests efficiently.
