- Proactively identify new leads and manage long-term client relationships to expand the Fit-out and AMC customer base.
- Collaborate with technical teams to estimate manpower and prepare accurate commercial proposals for modification and maintenance projects.
- Leverage strong insights into UAE market pricing, Fit-out demands, and local Civil Defense/NFPA safety standards.
- Lead contract negotiations and tender submissions to successfully close deals and meet sales targets.
