Sales Engineer (Construction Materials)

Job Responsibilities:
Prospect new project leads
through customer inquiries and platforms like BCI Asia and Gebiz. Conduct site visits
to check project signage and gather information. Cold call developers, architects, consultants, and contractors
to schedule meetings. Meet with stakeholders
(architects, consultants, developers, and owners) to discuss project proposals. Prepare proposals
including product specs, budgetary costs, and mock-ups for approval. Attend tender interviews
for main contractors and shortlisted subcontractors. Manage and update project leads
and client data in the ERP system. Analyze market trends
and competitor product specifications in the waterproofing admixture industry. Monitor market share
for strategic planning. Follow up on projects
during pre-tender and tender stages, providing timely feedback and coordination.
