Job Summary
As a Sales & Service, you will be responsible for sales & service for entire region of Mumbai. The candidate shall co-ordinate with Design & Proposal team to pass on enquiry and get the quotation made by proposal team. The candidate shall generate leads, enquiries, follow up, close the deals and take up service calls on requirement basis.
Key Responsibilities :
- Technical Consulting: Understand customer challenges, processes, and systems to recommend appropriate technical solutions and improvements.
- Solution Design: Develop customized technical solutions and proposals that meet specific client requirements.
- Technical Support: Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance to customers, troubleshooting issues and ensuring satisfaction.
