Job Description
- Contact customers assigned by the marketing team.
- Arrange appointments and conduct site visits to customers’ house.
- Provide consultations and recommendations to customers regarding design and technical aspects.
- Prepare detailed quotations for customers based on the agreed specifications.
- Respond promptly to all customer inquiries.
- Liaise with the designer and provide necessary information during the preparation of plans and 3D drawings.
- Monitor site progress and update customers on work status.
- Track and record each customer’s progress, including follow-ups, site visits, quotation and etc.
- Ensure timely follow-up and monitoring of customer payment status.
- Ensure each project is completed successfully and in accordance with the contract before the final handover to the customer.
