Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and support the distributor network in Southeast Asia, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to appoint and develop new distributors in untapped markets.
- Collaborate with distributors to plan market-specific sales strategies and meet sales targets.
- Track distributor performance, provide feedback, and support them with training, events, and customer visits.
Requirements:
- Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 2 years’ experience managing distributors in scientific or analytical instruments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with technical aptitude in related equipment.
Salary: $3,500 to $4,500
