Responsibilities
  • Ensure sales processes and policies are compliant with audit requirements by obtaining respective authorities’ clearance before roll‑out.
  • Design and execute efficient processes for the Business Segment that touch other divisions such as SME Hotline 1606, Corporate Mobile Support, Networks and Technical helpdesk teams.
  • Institute a Process Knowledge database for the Business Segment and maintain real‑time information for sales and support team reference.
