Key Responsibilities

  • Retain, penetrate, and scale a diversified portfolio of industrial B2B accounts across the Klang Valley region.
  • Conduct regular face-to-face site visits to execute technical product discussions, commercial negotiations, and high-level stakeholder alignment.
  • Coordinate closely with the internal technical and R&D teams to facilitate custom formulation discussions, sample validations, and technical troubleshooting for clients.
  • Lead the full sales cycle including quotations, contract alignment, margin optimization, and collection monitoring.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Chemistry, Chemical/Mechanical Engineering, or a related industrial discipline.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of proven B2B industrial sales experience.
