KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets within the assigned territory.
  • Identify, prospect, and build relationships with contractors, developers, engineers, and key decision-makers.
  • Promote and sell formworks and scaffolding systems, including conducting product presentations and technical discussions.
  • Monitor construction projects and actively generate new opportunities to expand market presence.
  • Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts to secure profitable deals.
  • Maintain strong client relationships by providing after‑sales support and ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field).
  • At least 2 years of sales or field experience in the construction industry....
