  • Working closely with clients, to identify needs, answer inquiries about the services, and recommend possible solutions and offers.
  • Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.

  • Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
  • Achieve the department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

  • Provide ideas and strategies on ways to improve sales.
